The Position
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing high-class customer service in-person as well as over the phone, by email, and live chat. This customer-focused position includes helping check couples in for their appointments, efficiently handling all incoming calls, guiding customers through the sales process, and more!

You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and love adapting as needed. You love answering questions and providing resources for others. Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome brides and grooms into our store and check them in for their appointments
- Professionally and efficiently handle all incoming calls, using a multi-line phone system
- Promptly respond to all customer emails, voicemails and live chat inquiries
- Assist customers through the sales process via phone and the Internet
- Inform customers of Wedding Shoppe's contracts policies, payments, etc.
- Complete all orders and necessary paperwork in a timely, accurate manner
- Communicate with manufacturers regularly
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

The Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for receiving merchandise, confirming invoices, packing and shipping orders via UPS and USPS. This position plays an integral part in ensuring our customers receive the best shopping experience possible.
What does it take to be a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist? We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and appreciate a consistent schedule. Also you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of movement. The position will require daily lifting, bending, and walking for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments of bridesmaids dresses against invoices to ensure accuracy
- Maintain shipping and receiving equipment and supplies
- Ship orders via an ecommerce shipping platform
- Receive order returns and process them through an ecommerce platfom

Qualifications and Skills
- Our customers primarily shop in the evenings and on weekends, so availability during those times is needed
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position - lift and carry up to 15 pounds, climb stairs throughout the day, standing/walking for long periods of time
