About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Director of Compliance who applies global IT industry best practices, enabling StackPath to instill the business with new insights regarding global data, business risk, compliance, and information security. 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in delivering Global IT initiatives and operational elements that adhere to and are applicable with regulations of the US and international regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help define and build a comprehensive Compliance posture for StackPath’s evolving business
  • Develop and execute on a plan to achieve the targeted business Compliance certifications in the IT and Information Security Framework
  • Maintain process documentation regarding each aspect of the compliance program; maintain flow charts of the compliance program that identifies risk points and controls over those risk points
