  • Serve as the MediaPro subject matter expert (SME) providing guidance and addressing challenges on work/project management and collaboration with customers.
  • Perform periodic customer success reviews that confirm satisfaction, resolve issues with the help of our Technical Support team, and help to expand the adoption of additional MediaPro products throughout the account.
  • Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations.

  • Provide client insight to product management, marketing, and sales on what innovation and continuous improvements are needed in the user experience, product capabilities and features, and client engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption, usage velocity, high renewal and referral rates in our clients.

Requirements:

  • Account management experience, preferably for mid to later stage SaaS organizations, and a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic and high growth technology environment
  • 5+ years' in a Customer Success or a similar role
  • Enterprise-level / Fortune 1000 company Customer Success experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred, but not mandatory

  • Provide effective written release notes to internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Marketing and Sales as well as external customers of SaaS tools
  • Prepare market-facing presentations, articles, and newsletters to support our ongoing mission
  • Create subject-matter documentation for our online help system within SaaS tools so customers can self-serve effectively
  • Create and administer customer surveys through the SaaS Portal as needed to elicit feedback from existing customers and MediaPro stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent expertise
  • 3-5 years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or other experience in product definition
  • Great communication skills and ability to work effectively on projects with different levels of stakeholders -business owners, executives, individual contributors, architects, writers, developers
  • Great listening skills and the ability to ask follow-up questions to gain more insight from analysts and customers as needed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must—you will be expected to champion quality communication
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/Lean Software Development Life Cycle a plus

Product Marketing Manager at MediaPro is responsible for the outbound marketing activities for our SaaS product line. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You’ll partner with Product Management and Sales to develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates our products in the market.
  • Partner with Product Development to usher products from concept to production and communicate progress, obstacles, and timelines to stakeholders as needed.
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and release and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
