The Transitions Manager will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and complete onboarding of new customers onto our hosted cloud PBX platform. This person will facilitate a world-class customer experience through effectively engaging resellers, end-users, and internal stakeholders both technical and non-technical alike. This role requires direct customer interaction, an understanding of basic telephony, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Duties of Position:
- Coordinate the inplementation, configuration, and complete onboarding of new customers onto our hosted cloud pbx platform
- Assist customers and resellers with gathering necessary information to implement cloud services
- Properly set and manage customer expectations specific to the onboarding process
- Work with resellers and agents to convey requirements and certify infrastructure for indirect customers
- Thoroughly document all communication with customers or partners/agents in our Salesforce CRM for future reference
- Assist Digium technical support in problem resolution through knowledge of customer accounts/activity
- Coordinate LNP and RespOrg activity with number management resources
- Solicit and document customer feedback regarding Transitions experience and work to improve processes on an on-going basis
- Ability to routinely report upon performance in the Transitions team and address inefficiencies or issues in performance
Qualifications Required:
- 2 to 5 years of customer service or direct customer interaction experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in hosted telephony or telephony service coordination
- Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of telecommunications concepts and operating models including service delivery models, network infrastructure, industry terms, and acronyms and service provider operations
- Ability to resolve conflict and work with customers / partners to address technical issues while protecting the brand and reputation of Sangoma
- Ability to design, implement, and follow processes that improve the onboarding experience for customers, partners and within the Transitions team
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with both business and technical audiences
Qualifications Preferred:
- Any experience with Asterisk based phone systems is a huge plus

Role Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer will provide assistance and support to the Services & Operations department in our ongoing Customer Support, Help Desk, Provisioning Services, and Fulfillment efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Timely, accurate and positive response and resolution to customer’s technical support needs and questions.
- Proper triaging and escalation of tickets beyond scope of expertise.
- Completely and accurately assisting with configured services for customers.
- Properly test and troubleshoot hardware prior to defective return and test returned RMA’s for issues/problems etc.
- Assistance with provisioning of phones and configuring IP PBXs.
- Test new products in a lab environment per project assignments.
- Manage lab and inventory of equipment assigned to lab.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical experience with PC / Phone hardware, particularly assembling systems from Motherboard-up, and installing/configuring Windows, Linux and Android Operating Systems.
- Previous experience, particularly SIP, VoIP, Networking, Configuration of VLANs, Firewalls and Unified Communications strongly preferred but not required.
- Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills in Asterisk, FreePBX, Elastix, Grandstream, 3CX PBX Phone Systems.
- Experienced using technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Particularly adept at researching and learning new products, services, tools and other productivity enhancing technologies.
- Must be able to listen and understand the customer’s needs before “telling” or “suggesting” anything, ensuring that the customer is receiving a solution that truly adds value.
- Must have a very strong need to complete tasks with great attention to detail.
- Must communicate with customers on their level, per their preferred method, to create a meaningful relationship and positive service experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and Google Applications.

Duties of Position

Job Summary:
Sangoma Technologies, Inc. is looking for a strong DevOps engineer to join our development process automation team. This team is responsible for improving productivity and promoting best-practices within the engineering department as a task force that is attached to other teams, as needed, to improve productivity, reliability and stability.
