Our Opportunity

Supply Chain Manager


Our client, has a long track record of success with a high service orientation and a team dedicated and committed to continued success.  The manager will directly lead the supply planning and demand planning teams. The Supply Chain Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain and will play a critical role at the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the replenishment and product flow strategy including supply chain performance metrics, inventory management systems, and cross-functional processes to support the effective flow of product from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Together with other Larson-Juhl business units, manage supplier execution for each key technology area.
  • Partner with transportation team to increase service and improve total supply chain cost
  • Lead efforts to continually reduce lead time while maximizing quality and minimizing total cost.
  • Together with Supplier Management, develop partnership and review processes with suppliers to drive supplier performance including cost effectiveness, customer service, order accuracy, responsiveness, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Lead the S&OP Process across the organization, including forecasting, capacity management for internal and external suppliers, and S&OP actions plans to meet overall revenue and cost objectives.
  • Develop and successfully execute the supply chain for new product launch programs

Key Requirements

  • B.S. Business/Supply Chain Management/ Supply Chain/Engineering, MBA preferred
  • 5 years of Supply Chain related experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Expertise in finished goods inventory and logistics management, including managing inventory across a multi-location supply chain
  • Expertise in outsourced manufacturing and managing manufacturing and supplier agreements
  • Strong communicator internally and externally to convey priorities, align on solutions, motivate change and negotiate.
  • Experience leading demand/supply planning, forecasting and replenishment
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-25%)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload and tasks to effectively meet established deadlines with minimal supervision
