Your role

As our first Art Director, you’ll manage our creative staff. You understand the creative process in both a procedural and visceral way. You’re passionate about creating high quality end products that our customers find visually appealing, enticing, and aligned with our brand promise of education delivery. Creative deliverables vary from graphic design to e-learning modules to sales enablement tools and collateral. You’ve managed a team before and understand how to lead ideation sessions, gain buy-in from team members, and execute on projects to hit deadlines.

Working on our Content team, you’ll get input from leadership, sales, and marketing to execute the cohesive vision for our products. Your duties

  • Manage creative staff
  • Review the work of designers and provide direction and feedback
  • Pitch and develop new ideas
  • Experience with creative writing, editing, storyboarding
  • Oversee the Design Department and supervise the Design Staff
  • Participate in the design process for modules, branded collateral, and web assets
  • Ensure high levels of quality, brand adherence, and professional standards
  • Work within established budgets and deadlines
  • Evaluate staff via the performance review process
  • All other duties as assigned, thought of, suggested, or randomly come up and need to be done.

 

Your qualifications

  • Varied portfolio of work demonstrating in-depth understanding of design principles
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and curating a strong creative team
  • Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of distilling a big picture idea into its parts to delegate projects and deliverables to meet deadlines

Your role

As our first DevOps Engineer, you’ll be in charge of supporting our development teams and the wider organization through the design and implementation of infrastructure and automation projects. You’re a proactive person who does your research and is able to make strong recommendations to help us solve problems and reach development and scaling goals. You’re a confident, security focused professional who understands the importance of documentation and transparency in decision making.

You’ll be responsible for helping to build a network of API integrations and deployments between our apps, our customers, and supported vendors. Being the expert in residence for the infrastructure, you’ll take a passive and active role in ensuring the security of our infrastructure, apps, and data.We’ll also count on you to optimize our tech stack and content delivery practices to best serve customers all over the world. As our first DevOps Engineer, you thrive in an autonomous role and have a high level of integrity for getting things done on time and on budget.

Your qualifications

  • 1-2 years of devops experience
  • Basic familiarity with core AWS services (IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, WAF, etc.).
  • A beginner (or better) understanding of at least one of: Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
  • Proficiency with one or more scripting languages: Bash, Perl, Python, etc.
  • An ability and desire to write effective documentation.
  • Working knowledge of fundamental web technologies like HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS.
  • Strong Linux chops in one or more common distributions.

As a Web Application Developer, you’ll be contributing directly to our newest product: Infosec Skills. Your role

As our Technical Recruiter,  you’ll source, identify, screen, and secure talent for the various technical positions within InfoSec. You’ve got some experience in filling technical roles and know the basics of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and boolean searches. You understand how to construct a pipeline through building long-term relationships with candidates, speaking their language, and networking for qualified referrals. Job Duties

  • Manage the relationship with the hiring manager to set expectations for service level during recruiting partnership.

Your qualifications

  • Experience: 6 years industry experience or proven marketing achievements in a related industry. At least two years running as the same manager of marketing operations position within a corporation.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of product positioning, promotion, and return on marketing investment are necessary.
  • Skills: Strengths in analytical thinking, results orientation, business savvy, problem solving and negotiating.
  • Communication: You’ll be sharing results company-wide and influencing the direction of the company.
  • Attention to detail: You know how bad data or misguided reporting can affect direction and take great care in everything you communicate out.
  • Technology: Proven expertise with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation

  • Supporting a rapidly growing business with new processes and workflows
  • Sending out weekly and month end KPI updates for all departments
  • Responsible for timely invoicing; coordinate, track, and monitor invoicing process; own automated invoice process
  • Responsible for providing business analytics to effectively manage the Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Define & standardize key business metrics and tolerances for all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

Your qualifications

  • 5 or more years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
