In this role, you will:

  • Generate new business to fuel our growth
  • Conduct high-level discussions with executives at other enterprise B2B organizations
  • Become an expert in the SaaS industry, and evangelize KnowledgeTree's predictive sales enablement technology to sales and marketing leaders
  • Research and engage strategic accounts across North America
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sr. Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication strategy
  • Work closely with sales management and marketing to ensure business development goals are exceeded

  • Bachelors degree from accredited university

How You'll Take Care of Business

KnowledgeTree Account Executives partner with internal Sales Development Representatives to research prospective growth and mid-sized customers, create outreach strategies, identify opportunities, run online demos of our software and successfully sell the KnowledgeTree value proposition.

This role is an inside sales position working in our Raleigh HQ.  In this role, you will:

  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, which can be solved with content selling strategies
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for KnowledgeTree's product
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at growth and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and engineering teams to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

You should have:

  • Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently

KnowledgeTree is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its world-class engineering team. Our sales acceleration products are used by thousands of customers at marquee brands, and our mission is to make sure each and every one of them has an amazing experience.

In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our outstanding customer experience. You will be able to dive into many aspects of predictive analytics and sales enablement, define a strategy for testing new features and functionality, and be responsible for quantifying and improving data quality across our entire product base. Your job is to keep our quality bar set ridiculously high, and to help us identify and execute ways to raise it even higher.


Who you are:

You are our ideal candidate if you want to work on challenging problems with incredibly smart people. You have a keen attention to detail and are exceptionally good at identifying and communicating inconsistencies and flaws.   • Gathering and refining acceptance criteria from stakeholders for feature testing
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

  • Identifying, recording, thoroughly documenting, and ruthlessly tracking bugs
  • Updating and performing thorough regression testing when bugs are squashed
  • Working with our Success and Product Management teams to triage & prioritize inbound customer issues

What you have:

  • QA DNA: Curiosity, extreme attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Understanding of basic web architecture and web application development
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile environment
  • Experience using and testing RESTful services
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Bonus points:

  • Experience using or testing apps built on the Salesforce.com platform
